Vitality Capital Investments (VCI) was founded in 2019 by Jason Flesher and Jerry Giuliano to further capitalize on the successes both have achieved in their personal and professional ventures in building businesses and investing in real estate.  VCI has a core focus on the purchase, development, and management of multi-family properties as well as unique properties that provide excellent short term rental income.  VCI looks for value add investments that are in need of improvements to unlock their true value.  Our goal is to help investors build long-term wealth and passive income streams through our expertise in finding, structuring and actively managing each of our investments.
